At VYROX, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If your order is not right for you, you may request a return in accordance with the conditions below.

1. Right of withdrawal

For online purchases, customers located in the European Union have the legal right to cancel their order within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.

After notifying us, the product must be sent back within 14 additional days.

2. Return conditions

Returned products should be:

  • Unused or only handled as necessary to inspect the product

  • In their original condition

  • Clean and free from damage

  • Returned with the original case, pouch, cleaning cloth, packaging, and accessories whenever possible

  • Properly packaged to prevent damage during shipping

Customers are responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

3. Return address

Please contact us before sending a return. We will confirm the return instructions.

Please do not send a return without first contacting us, as we may be unable to identify or process an unannounced package.

4. Return shipping costs

For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping, unless VYROX has agreed otherwise.

If the product is defective, damaged on arrival, incorrect, or does not match the order, contact us before returning it. Where the legal guarantee applies, VYROX will handle the matter in accordance with applicable consumer law and will not charge the customer for necessary corrective action.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage. VYROX is not responsible for returns lost in transit when no tracking or delivery evidence is available.

5. Refunds

Once we receive the returned product, or you provide proof that it has been sent back, we will inspect the return and process the refund.

Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method. The refund will include:

  • The price paid for the returned product

  • The standard delivery charge paid at checkout, where required by applicable law

Additional delivery charges chosen by the customer, such as express or premium shipping, may not be refundable beyond the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered.

We may delay the refund until we receive the returned product or receive proof that it has been shipped, whichever occurs first.

6. Damaged, defective, or incorrect products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at henriquemanuel9@proton.me and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the problem

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging, where relevant

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we may offer a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.

This return policy does not limit your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity and protection against hidden defects.

7. Legal guarantee

Products purchased from a professional seller benefit from the applicable legal guarantees under French and European consumer law. In France, the legal guarantee of conformity generally applies for two years from delivery for new goods.

If you believe your product has a conformity defect, contact us before sending it back so that we can provide the appropriate instructions.

8. Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you would like a different product or style, you may return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.
